Where should I begin?
Begin by exploring ILE Community. It is the shared foundation for participation in ILE. From there, explore Membership for ongoing resources or Program for a guided cohort experience.
How is Membership different from Program?
Membership centers on ongoing resources, experiences, and practices. Program offers guided formation within a specific cohort, with teaching, conversations, reflection, and real-life application.
What is a cohort?
A cohort is the specific group you journey with inside ILE Program. The three ways to participate are ILE Community, ILE Membership, and ILE Program.
Is ILE centered on Jesus?
Yes. ILE stands for Internal Leadership Experience. Our Christian formation approach invites connection with God, yourself, and others as you learn to lead yourself in the way of Jesus.
